We are pleased to inform you that the Mathematical Society of South-Eastern Europe is lunching the 7th Mathematical Olympiad for first and second year university students (SEEMOUS 2013). The competition is organized in Athens, Greece, between 21‑25 March 2013, by the Hellenic Mathematical Society and the Department of Mathematics of University of Athens.
On behalf of the organizing committee, it is a great pleasure to invite a team of your university to participate in SEEMOUS 2013. A team may consist of up to 6 students and 2 professors (a team leader and a deputy team leader). According to the SEEMOUS regulations, universities could send their own teams but students could form national teams to represent a country. Eligible students are those who are not beyond the second university year of undergraduate studies by the end of the 2012-13 academic year or have not completed more than 120 ETCS credits.

The Mathematical Society of South Eastern Europe is announcing the 6th International Mathematical Olympiad for first and second year university students. The Olympiad will be hosted by the Union of Bulgarian Mathematicians in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria, between March 6 and March 11, 2012.

Eligible students are those who do not complete 120 ECTS credits (or 60 USA credits) or have a freshman or sophomore status or are not beyond the second university year of undergraduate studies by the end of the 2011-2012 academic year. Participants could be teams from individual higher education institutions and/or national teams of countries. A student may belong to both an institution team and the national team of the country in which the institution is located. Please read the regulations for more details.
All interested institutions or countries are asked to create user account as soon as possible, preferably by February 10, 2012. (Please note that this expression of interest does not oblige you to participate in the Olympiad.) The team information in the user account should be provided by February 13, 2012.
